I started my career at a relatively young age. After graduating with honours from the Schulich School of Business, I started working with Re/Max where I specialized in high end, Million Dollar properties in the resale market. After that, I decided to head into the urban market focusing on condos, lofts and townhomes, finding that it was more my style and more enjoyable than working in the free-hold house market. I was fortunate and lucky to work with the best in the business such as Concord Adex and Baker Real Estate, carving a niche for myself in high volume sales and learning the pre-sale market inside and out. I never looked back at that moment and specialized in sales, assignments and rentals of the downtown Toronto core market.

As an Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), I have been a practicing agent since 1988 with the York, Durham and Toronto Real Estate Boards and I have been a Broker since 1999. I have sold New Home Condominiums with acclaimed projects such as Brockstone, Brownstone, South Beach Marina, The Riviera, Harmony, CityGate and Harbour View Estates, The Neo, The Montage, The Gallery, N1 & N2, Parade, Panorama, Luna, Discovery, Park Place and City Place to name a few and I was the number one selling in-house agent for Concord City place for the past 4 years. I have my Mortgage Brokerage License and was a Manager for Canada Trust TD Bank. Since 2007, I have been specializing in Assignments in the downtown core. After writing over 200 transactions to date (June 2008), I have found my place in this niche market and I love it!

I've been working in the real estate business since May 2004. Re/Max Realty One was the first Brokerage that I worked at in Mississauga. During my time at Re/Max, I specialized in Re/Sale Condos where we were in almost every condo building in Mississauga. After Re/Max I transitioned over to The Condo Store under John Mehlenbacher, I was one of the top Salespersons in the office. I specialized in pre-sale, resale and assignment units downtown. I successfully completed over 80 transactions.

I began investing in Toronto condos in 2002. I have benefited from the growth in this market and I am now in an excellent position to help you do the same. While I specialize in downtown condos, I have also been busy in the housing market closing mutiple deals in Toronto's east end. With International experience in the construction and real estate industry in China, UK and Canada, I have over 10 years of research and practical experience in the Real Estate development, investment and marketing area. After graduating with an MBA in Real Estate from Ryerson University, I started working with The Canadian Construction Association and its members including real estate builders and contractors across Canada where I specialized in analysis to real estate investment, location selections, marketing trends, and innovations. As a team member at City Accord, I focus on downtown condo markets including pre-sale, resale, assignment, and rental units.

I have lived in Toronto my whole life and I love the city's Real Estate market. After graduating from York University with a Business degree, I realized that Toronto's constantly growing population would create a strong demand for Real Estate. Since 2007, I have focused on the downtown core and engaged in resale, pre-sale and assignment deals.
